Andrian Lee

Andrian Lee practices environmental and land use law. She cares deeply about ensuring equitable access to basic services and quality infrastructure.

Before joining BCM Environmental & Land Law, Andrian served as a fellow at the Center for Water Policy in Milwaukee, WI where she researched and wrote about lead service line replacement programs, federal funding for water infrastructure projects from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and offshore wind energy. Prior to that, she gained familiarity managing intricate construction documents while she worked at a construction management company on multimillion-dollar projects, including the Smithsonian Institute’s National Air and Space Museum on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Andrian also co-founded a non-profit to provide healthy, affordable meals to community members in food deserts in her hometown of Columbus, OH.

Andrian earned her Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from The Ohio State University, where she worked on international development projects in El Salvador, Ghana, and Thailand. Andrian received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where she was a member of the Environmental Law Society and participated in the International Human Rights Practicum.

Andrian recently moved to New Hampshire with her husband and two cats. She enjoys hiking, rock climbing, skydiving, travel, and cross-stitching, and aspires to collect many more hobbies.
